As written on our FaceBook page from Sigalle (http://www.facebook.com/JerusalemLodges):Just wanted to say that we had the most wonderful experience renting through Jerusalem Lodges and Azi Alon. We loved the Cottage (2 Marcus), and the dedication of both Azi and the owner. We will definitely be contacting you again next time we come to Israel.
Our trip to Israel was fantastic and I am convinced that a great part of this experience was because of our apartment which we rented through Azi at Jerusalem Lodges. We stayed in Katimon near Emik Refaim, plenty of Shuls, and the numbers 4, 13, and 24 buses. The apartment was the most affordable in our research and very very comfortable. In my fantasies of fantasies, I hope to be able to buy my own apartment and let Azi manage it. That is how well of a job he did. And did I mention how patient and mild mannered Azi is? Dealing with people is hard, dealing with all sorts of people is even harder. Azi did a great job! G-d willing, I will be a repeat customer in about 2 years. Azi, please keep me in mind…
We stayed twice at the 12 Lincoln apartment managed by Alon Central. It is a wonderful location and a cozy apartment. Azi is always easy to reach and responsive to our needs. Be aware that although this apartment has kosher utensils, they are not locked up when non-kosher guests rent it. We are able to work around this and hope to rent the apartment again. We would certainly recommend the apartment and Alon Central.
I rented a small studio at Kiryat Wolfson in West Jerusalem for two years. I lived in a peaceful neighborhood. I had the basic amenities needed by a student studying in Jerusalem. The agency, Alon Central was always at hand to help me in my necessities. I recommend them for their services. Todah rabah!
We had a great stay on the apartment on Chopin. We found everything clean and delightful. We found the living space great to accommodate guests for meals over shabbos. The extra touch with the slippers and shampoo was much appreciated especially on our arrival. Gayle Wolfe
Azi and his team made everything so easy – from finding the perfect place in the right location to sorting out the details of fees and agreements. The apartment was lovely, just as described, and so well cared for. I will most definitely use them again in the future!
“It was very easy to arrange for the apartment. Azi was always prompt in getting back to us and answering questions we had. Azi greeted me at the apartment (15 Deisraeli) on my first day and made me feel very welcome. He and the owner provided me with the information I needed about the suite. I felt very reassured having Azi’s phone number to call if anything came up in connection with the apartment or its amenities during my stay. He is very pleasant to deal with, and I would definitely use his services again.”
Dear Azi, Thank you for EVERYTHING! We can’t tell you how much we appreciate all your help. You and your wife run a wonderful business, and we wish you both continued success – you deserve it!
We had a wonderful stay in the 27 Nachum Lifshitz Vacation Rental in Jerusalem Alon Central apartment. For our requirements it could not have been better being so close to the shul and the function venue and where we were hosted for Shabbat. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped, the main bedroom was fine as was the bathroom. The second bedroom was adequate, The cupboard space was very good. The lounge area was a bit small but adequate. The four of us were very comfortable. It was great that it was so near the Supersol and the Hadar Mall. The down side is that it is quite far from the tourist sites and the Kotel but we managed quite well. Thank you for being available on whatsapp to sort out any issues.
We had an excellent stay and will definitely recommend the property to others. I loved the location. Thank you, Azi, for your wonderful communications and service. We rented the 13A and 13B Bezalel apartments for just over a week in December 2013 for use by two couples. 13A is the larger of the two apartments. It features a couch (shown in the photos) that pulls out to accommodate additional sleepers if there are more than 2 in your party. The furnishings and fixtures are quite modern and the apartments are light, airy, and 13A is quite spacious in contrast to many other rental units in the neighborhood. The apartments are on the ground floor of a busy street, but we were generally not inconvenienced by traffic noises or street sounds. We arrived in the aftermath of the big December 2013 snowfall, and the weather was much, much colder than normal. Both Azi at the rental agency and the owner herself via her husband, were extremely responsive to our need for additional heat during the early part of our stay. We received immediate attention upon inquiring and were very pleased with their service. The apartments are well appointed with both dairy and meat dishes. There is a 2 burner electric stove and a microwave oven, but no conventional oven. There are washer and dryer facilities available and this made it very convenient to pack fewer clothes and launder them while in Jerusalem. There is a Shabbat water pot and some basic amenities such as a supply of tea, salt and sugar. The location was excellent for us–close to public transit and taxis, situated between two food markets (we liked the Ben Yehuda Market one block up the hill), near the Mahane Yehuda shuk, light rail, and a number of very nice restaurants. As is the case in almost all Nachlaot residences, there will be occasional plumbing odors of sewer system gas that enter the apartment. These are infrequent and can be handled by leaving the bathroom exhaust fan on. The fan has good velocity and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. You will definitely enjoy your shower. The rental photos are extremely accurate. What you see is what you get. We would definitely rent 13 Bezalel again on a future trip.
Share your experience with Alon Central and tell others about your stay!
