Rental Term and Conditions

1. Privacy Policy: Alon Central Ltd. (hereinafter “Agent”), will not provide

guests credit card details to any 3rd party.

2. Confirmation of reservation will be provided by email within 1 work day from

the time booking form has been submitted on website and email confirmation

has been received by guest (Saturday and Jewish/Israeli holidays do not

qualify as work days. Friday is considered 1⁄2 a work day).

3. Agent guarantees to provide guest with the apartment designated on the

booking form submitted on website at the time of reservation request. All

amenities and features as listed on website will be provided by agent at good

working condition.

4. Check-in is after 15:00.

5. Checkout is by 11:00.

6. Early check in, or late checkout might be subject to additional charge.

7. If kosher kitchen is required you most notify Agent, otherwise default kitchen

11. Utilities (electricity, Gas) are charged separately for rental above 25 days.

12. When there is a phone in the apartment, phone call charges will be cahrged

separately according to use.

13. Payment of the first installment is considered acceptance of the terms and

conditions of the rental as appear in this document.

14. All dollar amounts in this agreement refer to their shekel equivalent according

to the representative exchange rate on the day of payment.

15. Tenant will be responsible for any damage to the Premises that occur during

the term of this agreement which are due to the misuse or negligence of the

16. Agent will be the point of contact for Tenant proior to and during the rental

period. Agent will ensure the good and working condition of the Premises

prior to Tenant’s arrival. If any problem with the Premises will occur during

the rental period, Tenant will contact and notify Agent ASAP and Agent will

make sure to fix and/or repair any such thing ASAP, within reasonable time

17. Tenant waives all claims against Landlord on account of any injury or damage

Tenant sustains in or about the Premises, except if proven to have been due to

Landlords negligence.

18. Tenant will indemnify Landlord against any third party claims resulting from

Tenants actions or use of the Premises.

19. Tenant will provide a valid credit card as security deposit upon check-in to the

apartment, to be returned at the end of the rental, upon satisfactory of all

Terms and Conditions.

20. The rental is an “Unprotected Rent” as defined in the Protected Tenant’s Law

of the state of Israel (i.e. tenancy isn’t subject to rent control; apartment most

be vacated at the end of the rental period; you haven’t any lasting right to live

there or transfer the tenancy to family members).

21. Pets and/or smoking in the premises are forbidden. Subletting of the apartment

by the tenant is forbidden under any circumstances.

22. Landlord shall have the right, at all reasonable times, and on reasonable notice

to tenant to inspect premises or to show premises to another prospective

23. This Lease Agreement will be governed by the law of the State of Israel.

24. Failure to vacate premises will result in penalty of $400 per day.

25. Cancellation Policy: With one calendar month notice, one-half of the rental

fee deposit will be returned (agent fee is non-refundable).

26. In case of cancelation guest most inform Agent in writing by email, and no

less than 1 calendar month prior to check-in date, in order to receive refund.
